House Bill (HB) 76 – Access to Healthcare Options Act, which would expand Medicaid coverage to hundreds of thousands of North Carolinians, was heard by the House Health and House Finance Committees and was reported favorably by both. It will be heard by the House Rules Committee and then will be voted on by the entire House of Representatives.
