The North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS) strives to build strong partnerships, be a leader in medicine, and advocate for the health and well-being of all in North Carolina. One of the ways we work to achieve this is through our relationships with practices and payers. We work closely with payers and practices to facilitate solutions-based pathways that will improve the practice of medicine, reduce administrative burden, and strengthen relationships for better care delivery.
NCMS members can now take advantage of information and tools to smooth out the claims, payment, and administrative processes with commercial and governmental payers. The NCMS takes feedback from practices regarding issues, looks for trends, and then reaches out to payers to help find solutions.
