Now that the Medicaid program has run a budget surplus when is the legislature going to move forward with the Federal/State Medicaid plan which would insure 1.400,000 million more citizens? Who is holding their “feet to the fire” now? This is an absolute disgrace there hasn’t been any movement on this for a body supposedly representing all of the people in NC and not just the special interests and lobbying groups with all of the money.
