HB 913 – Reestablish NC High Risk Pool

This bill would reestablish a North Carolina Health Insurance High Risk Pool. This bill states that it is the intent of the General Assembly to appropriate funds to assist, in part, in offsetting the cost of premiums for coverage available through a North Carolina Health Insurance High Risk Pool. The bill states that the General Assembly will seek any federal funding that may be available for this purpose.
This bill has been referred to the House Health Care Reform Committee.
