Several programs for 2022/23 offered by Kanof Institute for Physician Leadership (KIPL) are now open for registration.
KIPL started in 2002 with Leadership College. Since then, additional programs addressing important needs such as clinical quality and business skills have been added. Today KIPL has graduated more than 700 clinicians, many of whom continue to be involved with the Medical Society or societies, and many who since have accelerated further in their individual careers!
We are actively recruiting for Health Care Leadership & Management (HCLM) which starts March 17-19, 2023 and runs over four weekends until the final session in November. Registration can be found on the KIPL website here.
The focus of Health Care Leadership & Management is to provide a critical framework for clinician leaders based on finance in both the FFS and value-based care delivery world, as well as strategic marketing and innovation deeper. HCLM further provides skill-building in the critical areas of leadership and management and equips graduates to enhance their effectiveness to become more influential and effective leaders.
