Dr. Paul Saconn

Dr. Paul Saconn

Dr. Saconn obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Psychology. He went on to obtain his MD degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He stayed in Winston-Salem to complete his residency in Radiation Oncology at Wake Forest. Since completing his residency in 2011, he has served as an attending physician in Radiation Oncology, including serving as a Medical Director. He started his path in radiation oncology doing research while a student at Wake Forest. He specializes in multiple forms of radiation therapy including, but not limited to, 3D Conformal Radiotherapy, Electron Therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, and others. He has been the recipient of multiple honors and awards including the Robert Cooper Award for Excellence in Oncology and the Roentgen Residents/Fellow Research Award. He currently lives in Hilton Head, SC with his wife Sarah, and their two children. Outside of medicine, he enjoys exercising and playing/creating music as a guitarist.

Mark S. Woodson

Mark Woodson is president of the Five Prime Media Group that provides multimedia solutions for businesses, institutions, government, and other clients.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts degree in religious studies from the same institution. Pursuing additional education during his career, he has received an MBA from UNC-Greensboro and Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University.

Currently, Mark serves on various boards and commissions including the board of directors for the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber. He has served on the ENC Alliance board of directors and on taskforces for Greenville Utilities, Pitt County Schools, Brody School of Medicine, and Pitt Community College. He is also a Section 8 and public housing hearing officer for the Greenville Housing Authority.

Mark is consultant to the Washington-based law firm, Crowell & Moring, where he is a nationally recognized expert on Bell System documentation processes for AT&T in legal proceedings.  He is also a military veteran, having served a tour in Viet Nam.
