Summary
This bill would direct various agencies including DHHS, Wildlife Resources, Office of State Management and Budget, Department of Environmental Quality, NC Policy Collaboratory, Environmental Review Commission to study matters associated with PFAS contamination.
The bill also appropriates $100,000-$200,000 to each agency for these studies.
