HB 739 – Ambulance Weapon Exception/LEO & Firefighters

This bill states that the North Carolina Medical Care Commission shall not establish rules that prohibit the carrying of weapons aboard ambulances or EMS non-transporting vehicles by duly appointed law enforcement officers or firefighters.
