Bill Summary
This bill would increase the age of individuals able to purchase fireworks from 16 to 18.
The bill states that any consumer fireworks must have a safety label affixed to the packaging of the fireworks.
The bill states that all fireworks retailers shall provide a safety pamphlet from by the Office of the State Fire Marshall to each purchaser. This information shall outline safe handling and best practices.
