Bill Summary
This bill requires the Social Services Commission to review existing publications, policies, and procedures and submit a report with finding s to the Office of Administrative Hearings.
This bill would clarify the authority of boards to require criminal history records.
The bill would prohibit agencies from implementing or enforcing guidelines or other interpretive statements that should be adopted as Rules under the Administrative Procedure Act.
