Resident/Fellow/Student Poster Competition

The Carolinas Society of Endocrinologists (CSE) invites residents, fellows and students to submit posters of original basic research, clinical research, or a case presentation, for a poster competition that will be held over the weekend of August 18-20 at the CSE Annual Meeting in Asheville, NC at the Omni Grove Park Inn. Cash prizes will be given to the winning posters as judged by a panel of endocrinologists.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, June 26.

We will accommodate as many posters as space permits. You will be notified which submissions are accepted shortly after the submission deadline. Please complete this abstract submission form and return it by email to Megan Eberle, [email protected].

Posters should be no more than 4’ x 4’ in size. Posters should be set up Friday evening, August 18. Presenters should attend to their posters during the midmorning breaks on Saturday, August 19, and Sunday, August 20. The winning submissions will be announced prior to the conclusion of the meeting on Sunday.

Registration fees are waived for residents, fellows and students to attend the CSE Annual Meeting. For room reservations, use this link and reference group CSE to get the group rate. The deadline for room reservations is Tuesday, July 18. Space is limited, so reserve your room today!
