This Program Is For You
You’re an experienced healthcare leader—clinical or non-clinical—already leading teams or departments. You’re ready to step into executive-level positions (CMO, COO, department head, practice owner, system leader). You want precision, not inspiration. You know what you’re doing wrong; you want the tools and clarity to fix it.
The Benefits
- 360° Leadership Assessment: A 360° evaluation that shows you exactly how people experience your leadership—what you’re doing well, where you’re creating friction, what you’re missing. Most leaders never get that honest feedback.
- Personalized 1:1 Executive Coaching: Work with a seasoned executive coach to develop a personalized leadership development plan. Not motivation. Strategy. Someone who’ll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
- Core Leadership Curriculum: Topics include healthcare finance, systems thinking, quality improvement, communication, and organizational well-being.
- Change Initiative Project: Develop and implement a change initiative that improves patient outcomes, organizational effectiveness, or system-level impact.

*Note: In-person sessions are held on Saturdays except White Coat Day, which is held on Wednesday. Virtual Sessions are from 6-7:30 pm.
