HB 753 – LRC Study/Parental Drug Abuse Effect on Child

This bill would authorize the Legislative Research Commission to conduct a study on holding a parent accountable for harm done to the parent’s child before birth due to the parent’s abuse of controlled substances.
This bill has been referred to the House Rules and Operations Committee.
