Share Your Opinion: Readiness to Support the State’s COVID-19 Vaccination Goals
How ready are you to support the state’s efforts to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates in North Carolina? To help NC DHHS assess potential challenges and barriers, the North Carolina Medical Board (NCMB) has agreed to help conduct an anonymous survey of licensees.
The survey touches on becoming a community COVID-19 vaccine provider (offering the vaccine to patients at in your medical practice) and on needed resources that would help clinicians with the sensitive task of counseling patients about COVID-19 vaccination. The survey takes about two minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your participation.
