Political Pulse Part Two

The burden of Prior Authorization is leading to suicidal thoughts in
NC physicians.
Can the current legislature fix it?

Ron Howrigon of Fulcrum Strategies joins Randy Aldridge and John Thompson for part two of a talk on how badly Prior Authorization is impacting North Carolina healthcare. The increase in administrative work PA creates and the time it keeps clinicians from patients is leading to burnout, suicidal ideation, and a potential worsening of the workforce shortage in the coming years. Possible options for correcting PA are discussed in this issue of Political Pulse.
