Gita Pensa, MD, FAAEM, is an emergency physician, Adjunct Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Brown University, and a nationally recognized expert on malpractice litigation stress and physician litigation support.
She is the creator and host of the open-access podcast curriculum, Doctors and Litigation: The L Word, widely used in medicine, law, and the medical liability insurance industry. Dr. Pensa consults with insurers, hospital systems, and defense attorneys and maintains a national coaching practice that prepares and supports medical defendants through litigation.
