Join us in the cool, scenic mountains for a weekend of discovery, connection, and excitement at the 2026 Assembly of the North Carolina and South Carolina Societies of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
Accommodation Information:

A deposit for the first night’s rate plus taxes is required; the group rate is $379 per night, plus $40 resort charge and taxes, single or double occupancy. The resort charge includes in-room high speed Internet access, access to the fitness center, and guided history tour of the resort. Surcharges apply for guaranteed upgrades to mountain-view rooms. Please be aware that if you check out prior to your reserved checkout date, the resort will charge an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax. Pet rooms have limited availability; there is an additional charge of $250 for reserving a pet friendly room. Our block of rooms will be released June 8, and the resort is likely to sell out, so you are urged to make your reservation promptly.
