The North Carolina Society of the American College of Osteopathic Physicians will hold their Annual Conference at the Millennium Hotel in Durham. The conference will offer up to 18 AOA Category 1-A and 18  AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits™.

How to Register

The conference registration link for attendees is available here. Register by July 2nd to take advantage of Early Bird Rates.

Cancellation Policy

If you register for the conference as an attendee but determine you need to cancel, the full registration will be refunded if you cancel by July 26th.  After July 26th, only 50% of your registration will refunded.

Research Poster Event

On Saturday, August 9th at 11:00 am, the event includes a Research Poster event co-hosted by the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine and NCS-ACOFP.  To learn more about the categories and who can participate, review the NCS ACOFP Call for Abstracts Flyer 2025.  A link to the survey entry form is listed here.  (https://campbell.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_erMI3aLkDM4KiMe).

The final day for submissions will be Monday, July 14th. All participants must prepare a document file (either Word or PDF) for submission when they access the survey. The document should contain the following details:

  1. – Poster title
  2. – All authors
  3. – Author affiliations
  4. – Poster abstract (maximum 250 words)

Financial Assistance for Hotel Costs for Students and Residents

Reimbursement for hotel or other housing accommodations is available for students and residents attending the 2025 NCS-ACOFP Annual CME Conference in Durham.
