NCCPRW is looking to have every NC health system and hospital partner on statewide initiative

The North Carolina Clinician and Physician Retention and Well-being (NCCPRW) Consortium, in collaboration with the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, launched ALL IN: Caring for North Carolina’s Caregivers. This initiative is dedicated to supporting healthcare organizations across North Carolina in redesigning their workplace environments to better support their staff’s wellbeing and mental health.

As we continue advancing ALL IN: Caring for North Carolina’s Caregivers, we are eager to have every North Carolina health system and hospital partner with us in this important statewide initiative.

During this session, we’ll be sharing what teams can expect from their participation in Phase 2: Learn the Wellbeing Systems Approach, and how it will set teams up for success in Phase 3: Integrate Wellbeing into Operational Improvement.

Note: Phase 1 is not a pre-requisite for Phases 2 and 3.
