Bill Summary
This bill states that an insurer that offers a health benefit plan shall quarterly report to the central cancer registry each diagnosis of cancer.
The report shall contain information prescribed by DHHS to assist in identifying the health facility or provider required to report. Reports shall be made within 6 months of receipt of the relevant claims.
