Registration is now open for the Spring 2017 Quality Improvement Workshop focusing on prevention wellness and quality measures. The workshop will be held in Raleigh on Tuesday, April 4, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS) Center for Physician Leadership.
This workshop will outline the services you can provide your patients to promote health and wellness and improve the health of your community, increase practice revenue and improve your quality scores. You will develop an individual work plan to incorporate these services in your primary care practice. You will also learn about updated guidelines and quality measures for the upcoming year. Learn more and register here.
The ongoing series of workshops is made possible by the federal Practice Transformation Network initiative to help small practices, clinics and critical care hospitals currently unaffiliated with an accountable care organization (ACO) prepare for value-based payments. National Rural Accountable Care Consortium (NRACC) is presenting the workshops in cooperation with their partner Caravan Health.
