Melanie Phelps, NCMS Senior Vice President for Health System Innovations and Deputy General Counsel, will participate on a panel titled ‘MACRA, Population Health and the Impact to NC Providers.’
Chip Baggett, NCMS Senior Vice President for Advancement and Associate General Counsel, will address the state’s Medicaid transition and the NC Health Information Exchange Authority (NCHIEA) on a panel that includes representatives from the NC Division of Medical Assistance and the NC HIEA.
Franklin Walker, NCMS Director of Rural Health Initiatives, serves on the NCHICA Board of Directors, and helped plan this event.
