1. 2022 Delegate Credentialing

The June 2022 House of Delegates (HOD) Meeting credentialing process is now underway. Society staff can access the online credential certification instructions and form on the website.

The Speakers are planning for an in-person event at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, subject to CDC and local restrictions related to the ever-changing pandemic.  Protocols to ensure the health and safety of all participants will be implemented and it is likely that all meeting attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated unless medically contraindicated.  Contingency plans are in the works in the event for a potential pivot to a virtual meeting.

HOD meeting credentials will be prepared for your delegate(s) and alternate delegate(s) based on the information you provide at this time. Credentials are used to authorize society representation by your delegate(s) and alternate delegate(s) for the meeting. If you are not able to access the online form, or if you have questions about the process, please email [email protected] or [email protected]

Credentialing of regional medical student delegates and alternate delegates will be handled by the Medical Student Section.  Sectional resident and fellow delegates and alternate delegates will be handled by the Resident and Fellow Section.

The receipt of credential forms is confirmed by a return email message. If you do not receive such a return email, your credential form has not been received.

Credential forms must be submitted by Friday, March 18.
