The North Carolina Medical Society is ending Women’s History Month with something new, Public Rounds!

Public Rounds is a spin-off of our very popular daily newsletter, Morning Rounds. We will be bringing special guests to you monthly that highlight NCMS members, government officials, and people who are working to make North Carolina healthier.

This inaugural edition features Dr. Kerianne Crockett, who helped push through legislation to make the birthing process better and less traumatic for women in the state’s penal system. Dr. Crockett has insight into the legislative process, women’s health issues, and what it is like to work as an OB/GYN.  She also has some great book recommendations!

We hope you enjoy this inaugural edition of Public Rounds!
