Wake County Human Services and the North Carolina Communicable Disease Branch are alerting clinicians in Wake County of a case of measles diagnosed on Aug. 1. The infected person had multiple contacts during the infectious period including at RDU International Airport. A memo has been issued summarizing the case and outlining recommendations.
