Appropriates $13.2 million from the Coronavirus Relief Fund to DHHS to provide additional TANF benefits in response to the COVID-19 pandemic
Requires DHHS to allocate $2.2 million per month for payments to eligible recipients
Allows each eligible recipient to receive a monthly payment of $193
